- Accounting Codes – This helps you limit color per user per month or at least get a report from the copier what each user is doing. You can set these to be 100 color pages per month or you can make it so every job is accounted for.
- Letter/Legal or Black and White – If you don’t need 11 X 17 (tabloid) then you can generally save approx $4000
- Is it needed? – Sometimes there is the bigger question, do you actually need to make color copies? Will your staff be responsible?
